We can't be all things to all people. It's ok not to rescue, help or befriend everyone. We all have our limits. Stepping back is ok

Never sit with your back to the door. Opportunities always come knocking, we just need to be facing in the right direction to see them!

Ground yourself by spending regular time outside. We are part of nature. We're meant to hear the leaves rustle, feel the sand crunch and smell the spring blossoms. The need for nature is in our DNA

By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; Second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third by experience, which is the bitterest.

How I can help

If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed, stuck in life, unsupported, confused, or simply feeling a little adrift and purposeless, you are in the right place!

We all go through phases in life when we need a bit of extra care, perspective and nurturing. It's totally normal, pro-active and empowering to seek some guidance when we're in challenging places. Trust me, I was in that space myself years ago, until I reached out and got the lift I needed to make courageous choices and changes in my life. You too may find that having a non-judgemental, nurturing, trained listening ear helps you to grow and thrive.

Or perhaps you feel your child would benefit from having expert help and care to support them with their studies and academic life. Reducing anxieties and developing confidence in a child's studies and abilities is important. Balancing school work and home life can be challenging for many families. This is where I can combine my psychology skills and teaching experience to help your child and family.

Or perhaps it's you who is searching for an information injection. Something to nudge you out of a rut. Do you want to grow and learn with other like-minded people? Booking or attending a workshop, or starting language learning classes, might just reignite your mind and cultivate your own confidence, knowledge and skills.

If this sounds like something that resonates with you, then welcome! I hope you find what you're looking for here.
