Support for Students and Adolescents (10–18)
I offer bespoke academic and emotional support in English, French, and Spanish for young people who may be struggling with confidence, anxiety, learning gaps, or pre-exam stress. Sessions provide a calm, non-judgmental space where students can open up, rebuild trust in their abilities, and feel positive about learning.
Combining tutoring, coaching, and mentoring, I help learners strengthen knowledge, focus, and motivation while developing self-belief and resilience — nurturing not only achievement but also wellbeing and personal growth.
Support for Adults and Lifelong Learners
Whether you’re studying a language, preparing for an exam, or rediscovering the joy of learning, I offer personalised coaching and tuition that supports both progress and confidence. Many adults come to me after years of feeling anxious or blocked about learning; my sessions create a calm, encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace, rebuild self-trust, and feel empowered by your own progress.
Support for Teachers and Educators
I provide mentoring and reflective coaching for teachers seeking renewed direction, motivation, or professional growth. These sessions offer space to explore challenges, celebrate strengths, and develop practical strategies for the classroom — a valuable and empowering form of CPD and self-development for educators.
Support for Parents and Families
I facilitate Time Out for Parents of Teens, a six-week course designed to empower parents of 9–18-year-olds. The sessions offer a confidential, nurturing space to share experiences, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools to reduce conflict and create calmer, more connected family relationships.
Support for Schools
I deliver assemblies, workshops, and talks on wellbeing, mental health, motivation, friendships, and communication — helping students understand themselves and their developmental stage.
I also offer CPD and training for teachers, focused on improving relationships in the classroom and engaging with students in developmentally appropriate ways. These interactive sessions provide a forum to share positive strategies and create calm, focused, and respectful learning environments.
Counselling and Wellbeing
As a person-centred counsellor, I offer a safe, compassionate space for adults feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Together, we work to restore balance, clarity, and confidence — helping you move forward with renewed perspective and self-understanding.
